QuesTECH Spectrum’s purpose is to inspire and motivate young adults who are on the autism spectrum or who face other barriers to entering the workforce to achieve their maximum potential and to become citizens.

Our Story:
During Easter break 2021, QuesTECH Learning Executive Director Donna Underwood viewed a televised news feature about Popcorn for People, a business originated to employ the autistic. Since her grandson was on the spectrum and since 81% of the disabled community nationwide is unemployed, Underwood asked, "Why not start a NELA workplace opportunity for Autism spectrum young people?"
After a year's development with other local silk screening business owners and the creation of quality tees, QuesTECH Spectrum is the company's rebrand as of January 2023. For 26 years, QuesTECH Learning has helped students in grades 2-12 become the best versions of themselves, academically and socially. Now QTL's mission - Achieving maximum potential...Becoming productive citizens - has expanded to include workforce skills in a nurturing environment thanks to the efforts of many in the QTL family, past, and present.
